“Cost of goods sold as a percentage of sales for fiscal 2025 increased approximately 10 basis points from fiscal 2024, primarily due to a 25 basis point increase in distribution costs mainly due to the deleveraging effect from the opening of our eighth distribution center in Buckeye, Arizona in May 2025.
