“Cost of goods sold as a percentage of sales for fiscal 2025 increased approximately 10 basis points from fiscal 2024, primarily due to a 25 basis point increase in distribution costs mainly due to the deleveraging effect from the opening of our eighth distribution center in Buckeye, Arizona in May 2025. Merchandise margin decreased 20 basis points primarily due to tariff-related costs.”
