Methodology and excluded metrics
- GE Vernova Inc. (NYSE: GEV) completed its Spin-Off from General Electric Company (GE) on April 2, 2024. Historical periods prior to April 2, 2024 reflect Combined Financial Statements prepared on a carve-out basis from GE.
- In 1Q 2026, GE Vernova realigned its Electrification segment into four business units: Power Transmission (including Prolec GE, consolidated following the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake on February 2, 2026), Grid Systems Integration, Power Conversion & Storage, and Grid Automation & Software, with retrospective quarterly restatement for FY2025. Both the realigned structure (FY2025Q1–FY2026Q3) and legacy sub-segment structure (FY2021–FY2025Q4) are presented.
- Step 4 Compliance: Only period-splitting derivations (Q4 = Full Year − 9M; Quarter = YTD − Prior YTD from the same filing history) are used. GE Vernova files consolidated U.S. GAAP statements only and does not publish parent-only standalone financial statements with operating activity.
Not shown because recent periods are missing (6)
- GE Credit Support % Reduction Since Spin-Off (1Q24–3Q26) — Excluded per Step 5 because disclosed only as a lower bound ('an over 35% / 50% / 60% / 52% / 59% / 65% / 71% / 77% / 79% / 80% / 85% reduction')
- 1Q25 New Gas Equipment Total Contracts Signed in GW — Excluded from 'sra_new_contracts_signed_gw' because 1Q25 8-K stated 7 GW orders and 7 GW SRAs separately without an explicit combined 'Signed 14 GW' figure
- 3Q25 New Gas Equipment Total Contracts Signed in GW — Excluded from 'sra_new_contracts_signed_gw' per Step 5 because 3Q25 8-K stated 'Signed just over 12 gigawatts' (bound modifier 'just over')
- CEO Pay Ratio (282:1) & Median Employee Compensation ($63,902) — Excluded per Step 5 because first disclosed for FY2025 only (1 year < 2 consecutive years required)
- Form SD Conflict Minerals Smelter & Refiner Count — Qualitative supply-chain due diligence disclosure without continuous multi-year operational table
- 7. Mạng lưới Nhà máy Sản xuất, Nhân sự, Tài sản Cố định (PP&E) & Tồn kho Chi tiết › Property, Plant & Equipment — Total Net Carrying Value ($M) › Equipment Owned and Leased to Customers — Net Carrying Value ($M)
