8 metrics have no data in the last 12 quarters — .

Italic numbers are calculated by StockData from reported figures (hover for the formula). Numbers with a dotted underline are read from the text of earnings releases and presentations; hover to see the exact sentence. Tick a row to add it to the chart above (up to 8 lines).

Methodology and excluded metrics
  • Alphabet's latest reported quarter is Q2 2026.
  • Alphabet publishes no monthly data and no unit counts for Search queries, users or data center capacity in its filings. Operating numbers come from the 10-Q / 10-K (Cloud backlog, monetization metrics, TAC rate, leases signed, technical infrastructure), the earnings release (TAC, employees) and the earnings call (backlog, capex guidance, API token volume).
  • Call documents: Alphabet's own transcript (from Q3 2025), the CEO's remarks on blog.google, and earlier transcripts from The Motley Fool. Only numbers spoken by Alphabet executives with a verbatim quote are used. Executives usually give user and usage figures as bounds (“over 750 million”, “more than 9 million developers”); those are left out, so Gemini app users, AI Mode users, paid subscriptions and Waymo rides do not appear as series.
  • Paid clicks, cost-per-click, impressions, cost-per-impression and the TAC rate are published for Q1–Q3 and the full year only; for these rows the three latest published quarters (skipping Q4) plus the full year count as continuous. The same applies to leases not yet commenced, which the 10-K splits into short- and long-term.
  • Rows marked legacy follow an older definition and stop at the point where Alphabet changed it.
  • All figures are as published by Alphabet or the external source; no ratios, totals or estimates are added. The only arithmetic is splitting reported totals into quarters: Q4 = full year − nine months, and quarterly capex = year-to-date − previous year-to-date (shown in italics).
  • U.S. GAAP filings have no parent-only statements, so there is no consolidated − parent split.
  • A metric is shown only when the three most recent quarters all have data; annual-only metrics need the two latest fiscal years.
