Invesco DB US Dollar Index Bearish Fund is an investment trust that tracks the performance of the Deutsche Bank Short USD Currency Portfolio Index–Excess Return. The fund also holds United States Treasury securities, money market mutual funds, and Treasury bill funds for collateral and cash management. Its shares are offered solely to authorized participant financial institutions in large creation units.
The trust maintains its principal executive offices in Downers Grove, Illinois, and is organized as a Delaware statutory trust. It operates without any employees, relying on its managing owner, Invesco Capital Management LLC, to handle day-to-day management and investment decisions.
